Responsibilities Oversee and lead the overall business operations of the hotel. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to achieve organizational goals. Manage and optimize operational budgets. Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring results and effective communication within the team. Utilize a minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a 3 or 4-star hotel. Demonstrate strong managerial skills and an analytical understanding of hotel operations. Possess excellent command in both written and spoken English and computer literacy. Apply a business-minded approach with extensive knowledge of hotel operations.

Requirements Relevant educational background with the position being applied. Hands-on, result-oriented, and possess good communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager at a 3 or 4-star hotel. Strong managerial skills. Proficient in hotel analysis. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and computer literate. Business-minded with extensive knowledge of hotel operations.
