Where You’ll Make a Difference
Design and implement chemical processes for new and existing products. Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and material/energy balances.
Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance energy efficiency. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all processes comply with environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) regulations. Conduct hazard and operability studies (HAZOP) and risk assessments.
Support the scale‑up of processes from pilot to full‑scale production. Participate in commissioning and start‑up new equipment or process lines.
Analyze process data to monitor trends, detect anomalies, and support decision‑making. Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Work closely with R&D, operations, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless process integration and continuous improvement.
Specify and evaluate process equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, and distillation columns. Ensure proper maintenance and upgrades.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing plant operation.
Proficiency in English communication skills; fluency in local language is advantageous.
Good organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
Experience in 6S, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement.
