Responsibilities

Partner with a local team to implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.

Drive HR programs and talent initiatives locally.

Participate in the continual development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, and culture engagement.

Analyze and interpret employee reports (e.g., employee satisfaction surveys) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.

Manage various HR projects and act as a key advisor to local team leads to influence positive change in the business.

Coordinate with the local operations project team and local team leads on handling employee and office-related matters.

Coordinate the onboarding of new joiners in Yogyakarta with the Jakarta team. Ensure new joiners are onboarded with equipment, office space, and team integration.

Provide a monthly employee report.

Coordinate with related parties to resolve employee relations issues.

Ensure local team leads and employees comply with company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelors’ Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist / Business Partner field.

Outstanding interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Industrial Relations.

Objective critical thinking skills and the ability to summarize and present information effectively.

Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.

Fluent in English.
