Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities
Nurturing and supporting employees and ensuring a positive workplace environment
Creating effective hiring and recruitment processes
Design comprehensive onboarding programs and facilitate training and development initiatives to ensure that the new hires feel welcome and supported
Ensure the organization complies with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Requirements
Indonesian Citizen with High school diploma or GED, 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point
Committed, enthusiastic, proactive systematic, responsible & organized in work
Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, both speaking and writing
