We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our Finance team. The role will focus on managing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing, timely vendor payments, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and staff claims with proper documentation and approvals.

Monitor vendor due dates and ensure timely payment.

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP.

Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.

Coordinate with HR regarding employee changes (new hires, resignations, promotions).

Prepare and analyze C&B reports for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in payroll, C&B, and accounts payable.

Experience with accounting systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
