Manager – Tokenized Money Market Fund Operations

Role Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Manager

to oversee operations, compliance coordination, and strategic execution for our tokenized money market products. This role bridges

traditional asset management

and

blockchain-based fund operations , making it ideal for someone with a strong background in finance who is eager to apply that expertise in the emerging world of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of SateYield’s tokenized money market fund products, including fund flows, liquidity management, and NAV reporting. Coordinate with custodians, transfer agents, and blockchain partners to ensure seamless fund issuance and redemption processes. Support compliance and regulatory reporting in alignment with local and international requirements. Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance fund processes, investor experience, and smart contract integrations. Prepare management and investor reports, ensuring data accuracy and operational transparency. Contribute to strategic planning around new fund launches, distribution channels, and tokenization structures.

Qualifications 5–7+ years

of experience in traditional finance, preferably in asset management, fund operations, treasury, or risk management. Solid understanding of money market instruments, liquidity management, and fund operations. Demonstrated interest or experience in

blockchain, digital assets, or tokenized securities . Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, legal, technology, and business development teams. Comfort with dynamic, fast-evolving environments and emerging regulatory frameworks.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, or regulated investment platforms. Knowledge of smart contract mechanics or digital asset custody systems. Prior exposure to crypto-native institutions, stablecoin ecosystems, or DeFi liquidity management.
