Leasing Manager

Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy rates. Identify and target potential tenants, and develop marketing campaigns to attract them. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and review lease documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Manage lease renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed. Monitor and manage the financial performance of the leasing department. Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports related to leasing activities. Analyze leasing metrics and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising, to attract tenants. Coordinate property showings and tours for prospective tenants. Lead and manage the leasing team, providing guidance, training, and support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and property information. Prepare and present regular reports on leasing performance and occupancy rates to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or in a similar role in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of leasing principles, property management, and real estate market trends Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of integrity and professionalism How many years' experience do you have as a Leasing Manager?
