Job Description
Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Support senior account managers in handling client meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups.
Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Recruitment, Operations, or Technical Teams) to deliver appropriate solutions.
Monitor ongoing projects or service delivery to ensure alignment with agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and regular account reports.
Track account performance, revenue targets, and client feedback.
Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Help manage escalations and ensure proper resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and account activities in CRM systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Services.
Candidates with prior experience in outsourcing services or IT companies will be highly preferred.
Understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, or managed services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
