Data Entry Staff

Role Description We are recruiting individuals who can commit to shifts with work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

Assisting and guiding customers.

Inputting ride information received from emails and texts.

Ensuring our data is accurate and current.

Skills Needed

Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

Competency with computers and typing.

Ability to manage time efficiently and make informed decisions.

About You You are dedicated, attentive to details, and possess strong communication skills. You are able to adapt quickly and thrive in a team environment. Previous experience in a call center or in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

NOTE: This is not a remote work and you cannot have a double job.
