Keeping up to date and abreast of our Students progress to pass on relevant information to the Academic and Sales Teams and take necessary actions
Ensuring each person that walks into the Center is greeted with a warm welcome and as per company policies and standards
Being the support system for any in-center activities as well as managing requests and/or changes efficiently
Engaging Students and motivating them on every occasion, as well as taking care of prospects to help support the sales team
Supporting our Students progress by providing ongoing and consistent support, advice, and feedback
Assisting the Onboarding session for new Students to explain how being part of English Academy works and guarantee educational control
Promoting the English Academy Method and an all-English environment in consistent and creative ways
Present, promote and sell English Academy Center products using solid arguments to existing and prospective students and or institutions.
Doing administrative work: attendance recap, class rating, event sign-ups
Job Requirements
Level of English: Minimum CEFR B1
University degree or in the final year of studies of an English language degree or equivalent
Experience in teaching and/or tutoring and/or training is an advantage
Experience working in a multinational team with different cultures is an advantage
Experience working or living in an English-speaking country is an advantage
Detail-oriented; ability to prioritize workload for the team to optimize efficiency
Excellent interpersonal skills, supportive, business-driven and service-minded
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across all levels in an organization
Willing to work on weekends
