Qualifications

Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Transportation and Logistics.

Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

Preferably has knowledge or experience in the field of logistics, but fresh graduates may apply.

Understanding of Quality Management Systems and Occupational Health & Safety Management systems.

Minimum Passive English proficiency (spoken and written). Active proficiency is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Capable of working as a team and communicative.

Responsible, honest, and disciplined.

Adaptable and capable of working under pressure.

Willing to be assigned out-of-town work assignments.

Job Description

Receive Purchase Requisition documents and sort through them to formulate a procurement plan for goods/services based on the Company's prioritized needs.

Select vendors based on price, quality, capacity, and reputation by sending requests for quotations.

Negotiate with vendors to reach a profitable agreement.

Monitor or supervise orders' status to ensure they are received in good condition and in accordance with the contract.

Perform stock and inventory checks, supervising them before starting the procurement process for goods.

Conduct supervision and resolve problems regarding the purchase of goods or services related to NCR.

Look for information about new suppliers to obtain goods and services that are beneficial to the company.

Evaluate vendor performances to ensure they meet company requirements and standards.

Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities.
