Qualifications

Candidate must have Bachelor Degree from Business / Engineering / Marketing from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00

At least 10 years of total work experience in business, consulting, project management, corporate planning, or related fields

Having experience in multi industry group

Ability to build strategic updates, decks, and briefs that clarify direction and drive action

Proven experience in benchmarking, research and exploratory projects (e.g., expansion planning, explore new markets)

Demonstrated initiative, judgment, and accountability

Culturally sensitive and adaptable to traditional and modern leadership styles

Cross‑functional exposure to operations, marketing, or internal strategy roles

Familiarity with overseas and Indonesian business norms

Proven experience handling projects directly assigned by company owner or top management

Willing to work at Cikini, Central Jakarta
