Base pay range SGD7,800.00/yr - SGD11,400.00/yr

Responsibilities We are looking for a highly skilled Web Designer with a strong passion for crafting exceptional website experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply experienced in WordPress, has a sharp eye for detail, and can confidently turn design concepts into fully functional, responsive websites. You care about usability, visual clarity, and performance. You are comfortable designing directly within WordPress environments and enjoy bringing ideas to life using modern WordPress editors on staging servers. Most importantly, you take pride in your work and execute to a very high standard.

Design and build user‑centred, high‑quality websites using WordPress.

Create design concepts directly in staging environments using actual WordPress builds rather than static mock‑ups alone.

Work extensively with modern WordPress editors such as Elementor, WPBakery, and similar tools.

Ensure websites are responsive, visually consistent, and aligned with best UI/UX practices.

Collaborate closely with designers, developers, managers, and clients to deliver polished digital experiences.

Contribute ideas to improve internal workflows, design systems, and development processes.

Share knowledge and best practices through documentation and team collaboration.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, WordPress development, and digital experience standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Web Designer with strong hands‑on experience.

Very strong proficiency in WordPress.

Highly skilled in modern WordPress editors such as Elementor, WPBakery, and similar page builders.

Strong understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and visual communication.

Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to support accurate implementation.

Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple projects effectively.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

(Bonus) Experience working with other modern CMS platforms beyond WordPress.

(Bonus) Familiarity with performance optimisation, accessibility, or SEO best practices.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio of past web design projects is required.

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
