KOL Freelance - English Academy

English Academy by Ruangguru (Indonesia’s interactive English online/offline course) looking for dynamic and social-media-savvy fresh graduate to join us as Freelance KOL for Jakarta HQ Based. You’ll play a key role in spreading the word about our education platform by engaging your audience and building genuine conversations around the value of learning with us. You’ll also have a role by structured class observation and feedback (as Business Support). You’ll represent the brand externally by promoting our platform and content, and internally by participating in live or recorded classes to help assess learning quality, student engagement, and class delivery. Job Descriptions To help identify potential influencer and community to collaborate with English Academy by Ruangguru Identify latest trends for influencers content To support in managing the day-to-day execution of influencers collaboration To do competitor analysis regularly & able to learn to give the best recommendation towards organizations Highly creative and initiative to create content and adapt the brand’s voice To support preparing draft reports by weekly, monthly, and quarterly To support direct partnership with influencers if any To help in managing budget and administration process needed for influencers

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or final semester) for all major. Preferred : Education, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields. Preferably having a minimum of 1-year experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply Active presence on at least one major platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter). Able to work under pressure / pipeline deadline Complete a standardized class review form/report after each session. Highlight key improvement points or good practices observed. May be asked to join feedback sessions with instructors or academic team. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills
