Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
