Role Description
The role involves coordinating and managing design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet project goals and deadlines. The Project Design Coordinator will work closely with vendors, and internal teams, facilitate communication, and oversee design, planning, and execution phases. it also involve designing for local and renovation projects. Key responsibilities include creating project schedules, monitoring progress, solving project-related challenges, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management to ensure the successful execution of design projects
Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, and team members
Experience or expertise in Interior Design concepts and practices
Knowledge in Architecture, including an understanding of technical drawings and building design principles
Proven organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Sketch up, any rendering tool would be a plus point
Experience in team collaboration within a creative or construction-related environment
Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design or related field preferred
