We’re on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Product Team. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and operational excellence by enabling seamless technology products for our customers and stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of business and operational needs from a technology product perspective through context gathering, performance analysis, user research (qualitative & quantitative), competitive benchmarking, and data-driven insights. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with clear prioritization based on impact, effort, and business objectives. Translate strategic initiatives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes to guide development. Partner closely with the Design and Engineering team to deliver high-quality products and features, ensuring adherence to best practices in technology development. Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive product adoption, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals. Continuously measure product and feature performance, identify optimization opportunities, and incorporate improvements into the roadmap. Lead incident response efforts with the Engineering team to swiftly mitigate issues and minimize disruption, followed by root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of preventive measures to enhance long-term reliability. Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies that can enhance product value, integrating them into the roadmap where relevant. Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Design, Business, Finance, or other related technical fields from a reputable university with strong academic result. Minimum 2–4 years of product management experience in technology, or a proven track record of successfully building/scaling products (healthtech experience is a plus). Ability to diagnose root causes, design effective solutions (whether quick fixes or innovative long-term improvements), and translate user pain points into measurable impact. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the charisma to align teams and drive cross-functional technology initiatives. Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments, synthesizes insights into actionable strategies, and delivers tangible business outcomes. Proactive "doer" with a bias for action, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to get things done.
