Job Description

Responsibilities

Well understand business model and the key criteria for the opening postilions,

Follow the SOPs to work in the end-to end recruitment, from sourcing, cv recommendation, interview arrangement, reference check, salary forecast, offer negotiation, until offer and onboard

Ensure the completion of recruitment KPIs.

Provide constructive advice to optimize the SOP

Maintain good relationship with the vendors and tap new platforms to make the recruitment more efficient and cost-saving

update the work report in time, accurately and efficiently

Adhoc tasks assigned by the managers.

Key Requirements

At least 3 years relevant working experience as a TA.

Strong knowledge of locallabor law and HR best practices.

Background in startup company or multi-task environment will be preferred

Ability to work independently, can-do attitude and self-driven

English workable

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
