Fund Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

Monitoring Mutual Fund compliance with applicable regulatory regulations

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Regulators (OJK, BI, and others) for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Coordinating with Auditors for the process and implementation of annual and interim audits for Mutual Funds, as well as audit confirmations.

Ensuring project enhancements related to process improvement initiatives in the Custody Reporting unit.

Ensuring operational implementation in Fund Compliance related to new regulations regarding Mutual Funds.

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor Degree

At least 3 years in banking, specifically at a Custodian Bank

Risk Management Level 1 Certification

Basic Custody and Fund Admin

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
