Area Sales Supervisor Jakarta

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the level of distribution & business development in the area under your responsibility.

Be in charge of development of areas that have not been covered.

Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis.

Monitor distributor stock buffers and MPO (Monthly Purchase Order).

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record in managing sales teams, preferably in FMCG or Beauty Industry.

Great communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with laptop, esp. using Ms.Excel, Word, PPT.

Deep knowledge of the assigned market and existing relationships with local distributors and retailers.

Strong database for both GT and MT category.

Willingness to travel outside the area as needed.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
