As an
SEM Lead , you will support the performance marketing team in improving website visibility, search performance, and paid advertising efficiency. You will work closely with content, engineering, and marketing teams to improve search visibility, resolve website issues, and scale high-impact search campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max
Build scalable campaign structures using keyword, audience, or intent-based segmentation
Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and audiences
Set up and maintain accurate tracking using GA4 and GTM (events, parameters, and conversions)
Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, Quality Score, impression share, and search term performance
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio
Requirements
4–5+ years of experience in SEM, preferably in performance-driven environments
Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, and attribution models
Solid experience managing Google Ads across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
