Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Partnerships / Business Development / Franchise Manager; experience managing store in expansion Ability to maximize relationships with developers and landlords in real estate community. Ability to think strategically, define business opportunities and problems, collect, interpret and analyze abstract and concrete information, and create strategic, value-add solutions. Existing

pipeline of potential franchisees

is a plus. Fluent in English and Chinese (is plus); Knows Indonesia mall (spesific pulau jawa) and street store site selection; has local franchisee or real estate contacts; can read P&L and ROI. Self-driven, strong in field work, can travel often, good at negotiation, and result-focused. Responsibilities

Identify and expand potential franchise partners. Source and engage potential franchise partner across multiple sectors Lead franchisee negotiations, contract signing, and onboarding. Manage external real estate resources in locating and evaluating potential sites. Build strong relationships with brand owners, franchise groups, and retail operators to generate leasing opportunities. Set up a franchisee review and training system to make sure stores open on time and enter daily operations. Evaluate existing store portfolio to actively drive rent reductions, recommend lease renewals and terminations and negotiate renewals and extensions where appropriate, also linked to store lifecycle Make market-level commercial decisions by analysing the retail KPI’s and local retail trends and needs Report monthly to the Chairman on franchise progress, store pipeline, and competitor
