What youโll do and what success looks like in this role:
Become a strategic partner to work units in workforce planning, employee development, and performance management.
Design and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic positions according to organizational needs.
Collaborate with cross-divisions, and support the implementation of HR policies and programs that are aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with outsourcing or headhunting services companies in helping to obtain qualified and suitable candidates.
What Is Required And What Weโre Looking For:
Possess a minimum educational background of S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Psychology, Management, Law, or a relevant field, and 6-7 years of experience in HR functions, especially in HRBP and recruitment.
Understand the organizational structure, job family, and competency needs in the financial sector, including the recruitment process for front office, middle officer, supporting, and bank's strategic functions.
Able to design talent acquisition and management strategies that align with the culture of compliance, integrity, and the bank's business targets.
Possess good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in collaborating with work units, and accustomed to working in a dynamic, regulatory, and stakeholder service-oriented work environment.
Accustomed to working across functions, adaptive to change, and able to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
