Factory Hygienist

This role is responsible for ensuring all physical plant facilities and the reliability of the plant’s water treatment systems (Demin or RO Water System Process), validating production cleaning and sanitation processes, and leading cost-saving projects related to water conservation. The position supports business objectives by maintaining compliance with quality standards, product safety, and water conservation requirements.

Water System Maintenance

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for water treatment units (Demin & RO Water, softeners, UV, tanks, pumps vogue distribution systems).

Ensure compliance with water quality standards (microbiological, conductivity, TOC).

Cleaning & Sanitation Process Validation

Develop and تهران execute CIP/COP validation protocols, including residue and microbiological testing.

Ensure all cleaning procedures are validated and properly documented.

Water & Cost Saving Projects Identify opportunities to reduce water consumption and operating costs. Lead the implementation of water conservation projects in line with budget targets.

Success metrics: ≥ 10% YoY reduction in water consumption, savings achieved as targeted.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all activities comply with GMP, EHS, and local regulations.

Success metrics: Zero safety incidents, 100% audit compliance.

Facility Maintenance \umming

Prepare and execute preventive maintenance for non-utility facilities.

Handle corrective maintenance and perform root-cause analysis.

Requirements Min. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental).

Minimum 5 years of experience in plant utilities and sanitation validation.

Having working experiences in F&B, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries are preferred.
