Store Expansion Supervisor

Responsibilities Conduct field surveys to identify and assess potential locations based on the criteria and brief provided by the Store Expansion Manager.

Collect, process, and analyze data related to traffic, demographics, competitors, and the surrounding environment.

Prepare and manage supporting documents required for negotiation processes and lease agreements, including relevant data and preliminary recommendations.

Coordinate with landlords, external parties, and the Store Development team to ensure smooth preparation for new store openings.

Prepare and present survey reports covering traffic data, sales potential analysis, and location feasibility recommendations to the Store Operations team and relevant management.

Ensure the selected location, floor area, and site conditions align with operational requirements and the sales targets set by the Store Operation Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or other related major.

Has at least 3 years of experience in retail/F&B expansion or property marketing.

Strong understanding of site survey processes and traffic/demographic analysis.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (prior experience in securing locations in malls or stations is a strong advantage).

Able to work mobile and willing to travel frequently for business purposes.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively within a team.
