Video Content Producer & Editor (TikTok)

Position Responsibilities: Produce, edit, and publish at least three videos per account daily, ensuring alignment with content strategy and brand positioning while maintaining quality and consistency. Create high-quality, engaging videos using transitions, effects, and trending audio, while proposing new video templates monthly to introduce fresh content for the local market. Develop standardized video templates, leverage AI tools to enhance production efficiency, and streamline content creation processes. Establish a workflow to ensure seamless content production with creative content creators.

Position Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in entertainment and film/TV indistry or content creation, preferably in content operations or international social media management. Strong knowledge of short-video platforms, TikTok trends, and content distribution, with a track record of creating viral content. Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, etc. Demonstrates strong creativity in storytelling, trend adaptation, and understanding of TikTok operations and policies. Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet tight deadlines, and communicate fluently in English (Mandarin is a plus). Proficiency in AI tools is preferred.
