Management System Officer

Management System Officer We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past six years.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project trackers to monitor project progress.

Manage project databases and documentation, including digital archiving and project closing processes.

Support consultant to prepare project report for client.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Management, Administration)

Prior experience in administrative, project management, or support-related roles is a plus

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and effective in communication.

Proficient in using Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta
