A global leading consumer home appliance company is hiring an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager in Jakarta. The ideal candidate need to possess minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce platform key account management or trade sales, with a mandatory background in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry. This position will serve as the key strategic interface between the company and core e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, deepening partner relationships with these platforms and managing end-to-end business operations.

Responsibility Establish and maintain solid, trusting high-level strategic partnerships. Handle daily business communications, organize meetings, and effectively convey brand strategy and business requirements. Be responsible for setting, negotiating, and achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets (Sell-in Targets) and purchase plans with each platform partner. Lead the negotiation, confirmation, and tracking of platform purchase orders, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and efficiently driving order fulfillment and inventory planning. Manage the signing, renewal, and execution of cooperation agreements to safeguard the company's interests. Monitor key performance data such as platform Sell-in, Sell-out (retail), and inventory health, conducting regular business reviews. Analyze platform performance to identify growth opportunities and potential risks, providing data-driven insights to adjust strategies. Collaborate effectively with marketing, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure platform requirements are met with prompt response and support, resolving various issues in the partnership.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce platform key account management or trade sales, with a mandatory background in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry. Must possess proven direct experience working successfully with major Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada, and be familiar with their operational rules, procurement processes, and backend systems. Must be fluent in English or Chinese for professional business communication (both written and verbal). Candidates with fluent Chinese communication skills will be strongly preferred. Possess the ability to achieve win-win outcomes in complex business negotiations. Proficient in using tools like Excel for data processing and able to extract commercial insights from data. Self-motivated to drive progress among multiple internal and external stakeholders and take ownership of sales targets and business results. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources to solve problems.
