DGI is a key organization providing strategic and practical support to 6 Daewoong subsidiaries across Indonesia. Based in Jakarta and Bali, we manage various functions including HR, legal, finance, administration, IT, and public relations. By offering systematic and efficient support, we help each business unit achieve its best performance with solutions tailored to the local market environment. We also ensure that Daewoong Group’s vision and mission are effectively communicated throughout our subsidiaries in Indonesia, playing a central role in driving sustainable growth. At DGI, we provide a strong foundation that enables Daewoong Group to successfully operate and grow in Indonesia.
Our HR Shared Services team exists to make work easier and more effective for our business units. Our role is transparently monitor and support, ensuring that teams feel empowered and accountable.
As our shared services mature, the goal is to reduce repetitive work and focus on building knowledge and driving transformation. Manage HR activities across 6 core corporations : DGI (Daewoong Group Indonisia), DPI (Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia), DBI (Daewoong Bio Indonesia), Selatox Bio Pharma, EZMedicom International, CBI (CGBio Indonesia)
Your Role in this Journey:
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle , from manpower planning to offer stage.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop
targeted recruitment strategies .
Source candidates through multiple channels, including
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies .
Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
to support current and future hiring needs.
2. Employer Branding & Networking
Strengthen and promote the company’s
employer brand
through recruitment campaigns and digital platforms.
Represent the company at
job fairs, career expos, and networking events .
Develop and maintain strong professional networks to attract
passive and high-potential candidates .
3. Candidate Experience & Onboarding
Ensure a
professional and positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment journey.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Support a
smooth onboarding and handover process
for new hires.
4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as
time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness .
Provide
regular recruitment updates and insights
to the HR Manager and business leaders.
Recommend
process improvements
to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with
recruitment trends, tools, and best practices .
Explore
innovative sourcing methods
to attract high-quality talent.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the
overall talent acquisition strategy .
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, Human Resources, Management , or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in
recruitment / talent acquisition .
Strong knowledge of
sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools .
Familiarity with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and
HRIS .
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management
skills.
Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
mass recruitment
or
technical, engineering, or pharmaceutical recruitment .
Strong exposure to
employer branding initiatives
and
social media recruitment .
Ability to work
independently
while managing
multiple recruitment projects
simultaneously.
Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented
