Join us as an Offline Sales Promoter where you will proactively sell gadget protection insurance to customers in our partner retail stores. Responsibilities

Proactively sell gadget protection insurance to all eligible customers to meet sales targets. Clearly and honestly explain product benefits, costs, and claims procedures. Accurately process policy registration and ensure immediate activation before the customer leaves. Submit regular sales performance and customer feedback reports. Maintain strong collaborative relationships with partner store staff as the insurance company's representative. Qualifications

2 years experience as a store promoter, sales associate, or customer service representative in a retail environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain features and benefits. Ability to work collaboratively with retail partner staff and build positive relationships. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per retail partner store hours. Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
