Legal Licenses & Permit Lead (PBG)

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IMB/PBG permits independently without external consultants. Handle PKKPR, OSS processes, and environmental permits (e.g. AMDAL, UKL-UPL). Review and understand site plans and building drawings to support permit applications. Act as company representative to government offices, confidently addressing technical questions from officials. Primarily handle permits for Distribution Centers/Warehouses, including frequent out-of-town travel.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law (with technical understanding), or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience managing IMB/PBG permits directly. Strong knowledge of PKKPR, OSS, environmental permits, and reading technical drawings. Confident, firm, and credible in dealing with government officials. Willing and available for frequent business travel, including sudden trips. Placement in Setiabudi - Kuningan, South Jakarta
