DevOps Engineering Manager

Job Descriptions: Lead a high performing Mekari DevOps team through strong OKRs measurement, performance management and coaching. Lead the team in deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing multi-cloud production and non-production systems, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems. Design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production, QA, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle. Own all DevOps plans and strategies for developing products that align with the company’s goals. Lead the collaboration with the engineering, product management, and program management teams to build secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure (DevOps). Requirements/Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including IAC, CI/CD, and Automation. Strong experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Alicloud) and DevOps Tools (Git, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc). Strong experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, etc). Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring DevOps Engineering team in an Agile environment. Good communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
