Head of Legal

Responsibilities Providing strategic legal advice to the company's management and board of directors.

Overseeing the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Managing legal risks and protecting the company's legal interests.

Negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents.

Representing the company in legal disputes and negotiations.

Overseeing the work of other in-house lawyers and outside counsel.

Providing training and guidance to other employees on legal matters.

Staying informed about changes in the legal landscape and advising the company on the potential impact of these changes.

Developing and managing the legal department budget.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law (preferably in Master Degree in Law)

At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably certified PERADI License

Familiar with the licensing process, especially telecommunications companies

Strong understanding of business law and the ability to provide practical and effective legal advice to clients

Understand civil, criminal, business, corporate, PKPU, & bankruptcy laws

Thorough in reviewing agreements, other legal documents related to the company's business activities

Capability of litigation of legal issues and assistance with legal officials

Fluent in english both oral and written
