This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia for a Pattern Drafter. Responsibilities include developing and modifying patterns for garments, interpreting design specifications, ensuring accurate measurements, and collaborating closely with the design and production teams. The Pattern Drafter will ensure consistent fit and quality, troubleshoot any garment construction issues, and contribute to maintaining the company’s standards for ethical and sustainable production. Qualifications

Proficient in pattern drafting, garment construction, and technical drawing Experience with fabric properties, fit analysis, and measurements Ability to collaborate with design and production teams effectively Strong problem-solving skills for addressing construction challenges Proficiency in pattern-making software is a plus Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality and precise work Prior experience in the apparel or textile industry is advantageous
