Creatorz is a creative agency specializing in influencer marketing, content production, and talent management. We help brands build effective full-funnel marketing strategies supported by creative teams and data-driven insights.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn data into powerful insights to guide business decisions and campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and process data from various internal and external sources
Analyze campaign performance, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
Build dashboards and reports that are easy to understand for creative, strategy, and management teams
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content, marketing strategies, and business decisions
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure insights are actionable
Develop forecasting models to predict campaign performance and industry trends
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Marketing Analytics (agency/brand experience preferred)
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and basic SQL knowledge
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, retention, engagement rate, etc.)
Excellent communication skills to translate data insights to non-data teams
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
