Shift Lead

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations of a team of shift technicians. This role ensures that all critical services and building services are maintained to the highest standards. The Shift Lead will ensure that shift handover reports are prepared and completed on time, guaranteeing a seamless transition between shifts.**Responsibilities:** Lead and manage a team of shift technicians, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field]- Minimum [2] years of experience in data centre operations or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.
