Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of data analytics projects, including day-to-day operational support and handling change requests for customer solutions. Lead and manage the project team, fostering collaboration and supporting professional development. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders. Develop and execute detailed project work plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Define project scope, implement change control processes, and negotiate change requests with customers regarding effort, schedules, and prioritization based on business needs. Review and prepare project documentation to meet customer requirements and adhere to established standards and procedures. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 5 – 8 years in IT project management, with at least 3 years leading data-focused projects. Proven experience delivering at least 2 data-focused projects such as data lakes, data warehouses, big data, or analytics/AI. Hands‑on experience managing projects using both Agile/Scrum and traditional methodologies. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including technical writing for documentation and reporting. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Self‑starter who works well independently and takes ownership of responsibilities. Collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, DevOps, Jira, or similar). Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification in related fields (Project Management, Agile & Scrum, or Cloud & Technology) Good understanding of the data management principles and cloud technology. Seniority level
