Sales Supervisor – Mazda PIK 2

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and showroom activities.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and customer follow-ups to ensure consistent results.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Coordinate with marketing, aftersales, and dealer management to support business growth.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Willing to be based full-time at
Mazda PIK 2 .
