Maintenance Tecnician

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on production machines and utilities. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical machine issues. Support senior technicians/engineers during corrective maintenance and shutdowns. Conduct basic repairs on motors, sensors, pneumatic & hydraulic parts, belts, gears, bearings, etc. Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring checks, panel inspections, and component replacements. Complete maintenance logbooks, work orders, and reports in the CMMS (if applicable). Follow safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and 5S workplace standards. Support spare parts handling and maintenance tools management. Participate in machine installation, testing, and commissioning when required. Provide feedback on recurring breakdown issues and improvement opportunities. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Maintenance role. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance skills required. Strong troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with CMMS systems a plus. Company Overview
