Job Description

Our firm is seeking a Member Experience Manager who will be responsible for managing member engagement, chapter operations, and membership administration. This role serves as the primary liaison between organization members, prospective members, and network of a global leadership community organization, ensuring seamless communication, impactful events, and strong membership growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities Member Engagement & Experience Manage end-to-end member activities and engagement initiatives across the chapter Coordinate forums, learning events, and chapter experiences aligned with the organization standards Maintain strong relationships with members to ensure high satisfaction and participation Support member lifecycle (onboarding, transitions, renewals, exits)

Membership Management Manage new membership processes, including applications, documentation, and onboarding Coordinate membership committee workflows and communications Maintain accurate membership records and CRM/database updates Handle membership correspondences and inquiries professionally and confidentially

Events & Chapter Operations Plan and execute chapter events, learning sessions, and networking experiences Coordinate logistics, vendors, venues, and event communications Manage annual chapter calendar and activity planning Support chapter board and committees with administrative coordination

Communications & Liaison Serve as the primary point of contact between members, prospective members, and global leadership chapter Prepare and distribute chapter communications, announcements, and updates Support marketing and visibility of chapter activities Ensure compliance with the organisation governance and brand standards

Administration & Reporting Maintain chapter documentation, policies, and operational processes Track membership metrics, engagement data, and event outcomes Support budgeting and financial administration of chapter activities Prepare reports for chapter leadership Global

Key requirements 10 years of experience in operations, executive support, association management, or similar roles Comfortable working with senior executives, founders, and business leaders Strong organizational and project management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Financial literacy and budget administration experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills High integrity with strong discretion and confidentiality standards Service-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
