Responsibilities

Controlling for Warehouse Operation (Receiving, Storaging, Supply) Raw Material/Waste Material/Spare Part/Finished Goods

Controlling for Container Receiving, Unloading, Unpacking and make sure according with work instruction [WI]

Container inbound status (control each truck through reports, Communication with Container forwarder)

Make a list of returnable containers / Checking arrivals and departures times, and reload containers

Checking urgent material from containers

Set-up the priority of returnable container / Control volume of fresh container and old container

Control FIFO material

Inventory Control for the availability materials

Controlling material inventory stock (based on System and Actual are consistent)

Make decision for probem that occur and coordinate with Supervisor

Making report daily operations

Reasonably arrange the daily work of team members, require employees to working according to SOP, and the system of warehouse has been executed

Others work arranged by higher-ups
