Location: Central Kalimantan (Ampah Kota)

Our client is a leading multinational coal mining company primarily involved in coal mining operations in Kalimantan. Role Summary: Responsible for supervising and executing daily mining operations to ensure production targets, safety standards, and operational efficiency are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily mining activities including drilling, loading, hauling, and dumping. Ensure compliance with safety (K3) and operational procedures. Coordinate equipment utilization and basic maintenance with the maintenance team. Monitor production performance and prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Conduct field inspections and supervise contractors and operators. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. 3–7 years of experience in mine operations. Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and mining workflows. Willing to work on-site in a remote location on a 10:2 roster.
