R-2025044549Process Engineer- - - - - - - - - - - -**MISSION:*** Ensure obtention and quality progress performance in his/her area of responsibility (Business Unit)* Monitor and apply Michelin Manufacturing Way best practices in his/her area of responsibility.**KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:**For the area of responsibility (Business Unit):* Delivered products are compliant with quality planning models and are manufactured in compliance with obtention standards. Sound Michelin Manufacturing Way practices are applied.* Quality and productivity performances comply with goals defined by the shop. Right the first-time principles are applied.* Customer risks, product compliance and quality performance risks are anticipated. Actions to reduce risks are implemented.* All complaints, nonconformities, nonstandard situations, and performance shifts are processed appropriately.* Effectiveness of implemented actions is demonstrated.* Causes of anomalies and non-performance are resolved and are input into the progress plan.* The Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan has been completed. He contributes to its definition* Help all operators gain quality job competencies (mentoring, training.)**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or related Sciences.* Experienced in project management and comfortable handling cross-functional projects.* 3+ years' experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or quality engineering* Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.* Self-directed, resourceful, with a positive attitude; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Strong skills in analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.* Fluent in English (B2).Avanzare insieme, un impegno reciproco e responsabile: entrare a far parte di Michelin significa svilupparsi in una multinazionale in cui il rispetto, il dialogo, la passione e la fiducia sono elementi
