Incoming Quality Control

What you'll be doing

Ensure safety and 5S compliance at the working station.

Adhere to SOP in assigned processes.

Perform incoming inspection of Tobacco and Non‑Tobacco material and ensure compliance with material specifications.

Perform "Twice a week Tobacco Inspection" and ensure compliance with material specifications.

Timely feedback on non‑conformity findings during incoming inspections.

Follow up on Non‑Conformance material findings during in‑process.

Other work and tasks assigned by QC leader/supervisor.

What we're looking for

Minimum High School education.

At least 2 years IQC experience in manufacturing, preferably from cigarette manufacturing.

Familiarity with measuring equipment (digimatic caliper, micrometer, analytical balance, moisture analyzer, pin gauge).

Willing to work shifts.

Basic computer skill (MS Excel).

Preferable smoker.

Preferable experience handling Non‑Conformance material in incoming and in‑process.

Experience in tobacco incoming inspection and tobacco process inspection is an added advantage.
