ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (MALL KELAPA GADING) Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.

Providing exceptional customer service by monitoring the dining floor, resolving any guest issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Leading and motivating a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Implementing and enforcing all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Actively participating in the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue and increase customer traffic.

Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to identify and address operational challenges, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Assisting with financial management tasks, such as cash handling, reporting, and budgeting.

What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.

Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.

Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
