HR Manager

HR MANAGER Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a fitness nutrition and supplement company based in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR policies that drive discipline, efficiency, and high performance.

Oversee General Affairs functions, including facilities management, procurement, and asset control.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.

Build a strong employer branding and talent acquisition strategy aligned with Evolene’s vision.

Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the HRGA team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 5+ years of HRGA experience, with managerial/supervisory exposure.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR operations. Proven ability in recruitment, people management, and GA administration.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

High integrity, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
