Senior Associate, Transformation & Project Management Specialist, Operations

Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational challenges to identify transformation opportunities, drive process improvements, and propose innovative solutions Collect, manage and analyse data related to digitalization for Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury, etc Initiate and promote initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, fostering a more efficient and engaged workforce Facilitate intense scheduling coordination, meetings, and forums with various teams and leaders to drive project momentum and ensure alignment Collaborate with various operational units and T&O (Technology & Operations) Leaders to co-create and refine proposals, presentations, and strategies for transformational initiatives Assist and support any relevant initiative to ensure team involvement, complete and comply with submission Foster a transformation mindset across all levels of the company, embracing change, collaboration, and innovation by evaluating, communicating & implementing new technologies/way of working that support the organization’s growth and goals Oversee change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of transformation projects, based on insights derived from data and operationalizing analytical processes to each unit Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline and quality standard to support T&O and the bank achieving their objective and goals

Requirements Minimum bachelors’ degree from reputable university Having at least 5 years working experience in Project Management and Governance Having good knowledge on Banking Industry
