Job Description
Responsibilities:
Set and manage sales target in monthly and annual bases
Create sales plan and seek profitable product and services
Manage budget control
Create group vision and by understanding company vision and able explain it to each member
Lead and support team members to achieve group target and each member individual target
Providing training professional development to the sales team
Assisting sales team members to build quality relationships with customers
Developing strategies for increasing market share
Ensuring that sales team members follow up with potential customers
Generating report and data for sales analysis
Handling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT industry
Experience working in technology and cloud computing sales.
Preferred qualifications:
Having focus account will be an added value
Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to team and support
Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software and IT services
Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team
Interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and other people within the organization
Extensive mentoring and leadership qualities to train and develop sales team members
Ability to lead by example and act with integrity
Additional Information
At the moment we are only able to hire candidates based in Jakarta for a full-time working hour.
