Senior Staff Finance Work Location:

Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles Strong experience in bank reconciliation processes Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) monitoring Solid understanding of cash flow management and reporting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) High attention to detail and strong accuracy in financial data handling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, with a full Work From Office (WFO) policy

Job Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Cash Flow & Bank Reconciliation:

Monitor cash flow and perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure proper recording of transactions and healthy company liquidity. AR/AP Management:

Manage and supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including billing, collections, and vendor payments to maintain accurate records and timely settlements. Internal Control & Audit Support:

Implement and maintain effective financial controls, prepare documentation for audits, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Process Improvement & Coordination:

Improve financial processes and reporting systems, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and data accuracy.
