Support manpower planning, collaborate with Comben Spv and Manufacturing stakeholders. Responsible for performance management implementation. Calculating and controlling manpower and workload. Handle recruitment process. Have an understanding role of OD in company. Job Qualification

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Industrial Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in organization/design and people development (training, talent management, job evaluation, performance management, job analysis) and recruitment. Having good analytical thinking, good communication skills and stakeholder management (collaborate/negotiation skill).
